The Fathom Spool is a rugged and easy to use spool that simplifies tether storage and management for your BlueROV2. Full IP67 water resistance, 8-wire slip-ring, and integrated quick connectors make it tough enough to use at almost any dive site while remaining easy to transport.
This anodized aluminum guard protects the Binder connector on the Fathom Spool. It is included with all spools beginning 27 January 2022 and can be retrofitted on existing kits.
The Lithium-ion Battery (14.8V, 15.6Ah) is a high capacity custom battery pack made from 18650 lithium-ion cells designed for use in the BlueROV2, and fits perfectly inside a 3″ Watertight Enclosure! This new white version uses Molicel P26A cells and has slightly lower capacity than the original black version, which is currently unavailable due to global battery supply issues.
